Originally, we didn’t think about coffee, but we did realize that a lot of the family traditions in Mexico include enjoying coffee after a meal and enjoying talking with your friends and family. That really drew us to the idea of a coffee shop. So we started thinking seriously about it a year or so ago,” Alex said. How did you come up with the name Fainting Goat Coffee? “We knew we needed to come up with a name and were going back and forth with different ideas.
